A tasty healthy pudding recipe made with chia seeds and cocoa to start the day off right!
Hello Lotus, I find you for such a delicious and simple recipe! I’m waiting for you on Instagram this way 🙂
Ingredient for the pudding:
- A third of a bowl of almond milk,
- 2 cases of chia seeds,
- 1 case of agave syrup.
Mix the ingredients and stir well for 2 minutes so that the chia seeds do not accumulate in the bottom.
Reserve the preparation in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or 20 minutes in the freezer.
Take the preparation out and stir it. The texture is grainy and creamy. If it has remained too cold, add a little milk.
Ingredients for topping:
- Mango (or fruit of your choice),
- Granola which my recipe is here,
- grated coconut,
- Almond or peanut butter.
