It was during a recent interview given to the lingerie brand Pomm’Poire that Camille Cerf indulged in a few secrets about the relationship she has with her body. Touching confidences for the former Miss France who once again delivers a positive body message.
“Today, my body looks less and less like what we have been told for years”
Since she was elected Miss France 2015, Camille Cerf multiplies the projects. Between her job as an entrepreneur, TV host, radio host and influencer, the pretty brunette is also a model and designer of underwear for the lingerie brand Pomm’Poire.
A collaboration that the former beauty queen cherishes who recently gave an unpublished interview to Pomm’Poire. Shared on the brand’s Youtube channel, Camille Cerf confides in an open heart about the relationship she has with her body.
“Today I feel the best”
If the former Miss France has not always been tender with her body, she now accepts her forms. “Today, my body looks less and less like the standards of beauty or what we have been told for years, and yet it is today that I feel the best and that I accept myself the most. » she said.
Camille Cerf, who has a complicated relationship with her body, takes responsibility…despite the criticism! “The relationship I have with my own body is not linear. There are days where I feel super beautiful, where I feel great, and there are days where I find myself horrible and it even changes the way I see myself in the mirror. There are really days when I tell myself that I have the impression of having gained five kilos compared to yesterday, when I have the impression of having ten times more cellulite (…) Today, I took a step back. Even if sometimes people keep telling me that I’m too fat or too thin, I say to myself ‘but how do I feel?’. I feel good, I’m in good shape” she added.
And if the pretty brunette has complexes, no way for her to mope. “I have a hard time looking at myself in the mirror. What I like the most is my face. It’s more my body that bothers me, I don’t really like my belly and my thighs. »
“In my opinion, beauty is something or someone that provides an emotion of calm or wonder, something that feels good. It feels” she confessed. A beautiful definition that wonderfully ends his very inspiring body positive speech!
